Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

Bookkeeping Services include

An independent bookkeeping service is ideal for small to medium size businesses, partnerships, and sole proprietorships in any field.

Providing clients with accurate and organized financial accounting records each month enables them to analyze their income and expenses, provides a current summary of assets and liabilities, and prepares them to file their income taxes at the end of the year or to hand them off to a CPA to prepare their income tax returns.

Monthly Bookkeeping and accounting services are a valuable part of running your business and knowing where it stands financially.

Clients have accurate and up to date financial records for their business.

Clients have more free time to work on their business instead of their bookkeeping themselves, saving them time and money.

Specialized knowledge, experience and research to record business transactions in the correct accounts, to know what can and can not be deducted, accounting for transactions correctly depending on the business situation.

Completed bookkeeping work can be handed off to a CPA or EA at the end of the year for income tax preparation.

Rather than using a CPA firm for your bookkeeping work, you might want to consider a bookkeeping company itself may be a better option, and is generally more cost effective, since a CPA firm charges higher hourly rates because their main business is income tax preparation and financial audits, and has several layers of staff review for each bookkeeping project, increasing the cost.
